Stephen Kastner is a Vermont-based writer and digital media specialist who founded the Green Mountain Writers Group. Once a professional photo-journalist, he has lived and reported on life in Paris, Havana, and all across China. He is currently working on a novel and a screenplay about his Quaker ancestor Thomas Maule, a rebel against the Puritan theocracy during the Salem witchcraft trials. Kastner typically works solo under the commercial banner of DesignWise Studios where he creates print and digital story content including websites, press releases, book trailers, and social media enhanced with custom video and photography.
