Whether you are just beginning your writing journey, revising a manuscript, exploring memoir, writing poetry, or preparing work for publication, this questionnaire will help us learn more about your interests and goals.

The information you provide will help us understand your writing experience, the projects you are working on, and the type of support you are seeking. Depending on your needs, that support may include manuscript review, developmental feedback, mentoring conversations, future workshops, critique opportunities, or connections with other writers.
